As we close out 2025 and look ahead to 2026, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

This year brought a lot of good coffee and plenty of memorable moments. We roasted and shared 59 different coffees, sourced from four continents, with some origins appearing again and again for good reason. Ethiopia led the way with seven coffees, followed by six from Costa Rica, six from Colombia, five from Kenya, and four from Panama. Each one brought its own story, character, and reason to be brewed.

Behind the scenes, a lot changed too. We installed a brand new roaster and expanded our operation, allowing us to refine our processes and prepare for what comes next. There were also many smaller improvements along the way, things you might not have noticed directly, but which quietly shape the coffee in your cup every day.

2025 was also the year we launched The Rare Club, opening the door for some of you to experience coffees at their most limited and distinctive. It has been a real pleasure to share those releases with such a curious and engaged group. And of course, Whisky Thief returned this year, and will be making an appearance again in 2026.

None of this happens without you. Your support, curiosity, and trust mean a great deal to us, and we do not take it for granted.
