AEROPRESS INVERTED
Brewing guide 

YOU WILL NEED:
Artisan Roast coffee 
AeroPress and filter paper
Coffee Grinder (optional)
Digital scales 
Timer 
Kettle with temperature setting 
Jug
carafe or another suitable (non-glass) vessel 

METHOD:

Grind 35g of your chosen coffee to a medium grind (see our coffee grinding guide). 

Pre-wet a filter in the AeroPress filter cap.  

Place your inverted AeroPress onto the digital scales and pour the ground coffee in.  

Bring your water to 90°C.  

Pour 150g of water into the AeroPress.  

Stir the coffee and water mix for 20 seconds.  

Add 50g more water to the aeropress and fix the cap on and wait for 1 minute.  

Flip the AeroPress and press the brewed coffee out slowly for 30 seconds. 

Add a further 150g to 200g hot water to taste and enjoy!



PRO TIP:

At the end of your press pull the Aeropress backwards after plunging, this draws any left-over coffeeback into the brewer and stops drips going all over your kitchen surface.
