Keep track of temperature with the built-in brew range thermometer. Pour at an even, slow pace with the counterbalanced handle that moves the center of mass back towards your hand.

The red range highlights optimal brew temperature — between 90 and 96 °C.

Compatibility: electric- and gas-safe (NOT COMPATIBLE WITH INDUCTION HOBS). Please be aware that placing the product on rough or unclean surfaces, as well as using the kettle daily, will result in slight damage of the finish on the bottom of the kettle. This is normal wear and does not affect functionality. Using the kettle on an electric or gas stove may result in minor discolouration on the bottom part of the product.
Cleaning: not dishwasher-safe. Wash with warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive soaps, cleansers or scouring pads.
